Virtual Registration Appointment

What is a Virtual Registration Appointment?

Due to recent events surrounding COVID-19 and our strong desire to keep you and your family safe and healthy, we are offering rolling Virtual Registration opportunities for you to get a jump-start on enrolling for Fall classes. Virtual appointments lasting approximately 45 minutes with a faculty advisor will be scheduled following RSVP using the link below and pending placement results! Financial Aid and Student Accounts will also be scheduled to answer questions about financial aid and billing, and Admissions will be on hand to speak with you about other tasks you can complete from home, prior to New Student Orientation in August.

You’ve paid your deposit, so you’re eligible to enroll! Do you have college credit you earned during high school? Make sure to attach an unofficial copy or screenshot of each transcript to your registration form! Tell us what days and times during the week you’d prefer to meet with an advisor, and we’ll confirm your appointment as the day nears.

How is Reg Day different from Orientation?

During Registration Day (“Reg Day”), you’ll have the opportunity to meet with a faculty advisor, select classes and register, learn how to order books, receive your summer reading assignment, finalize financial aid, receive a Fall semester bill, setup a payment plan (if needed), and get information about completing housing and immunization requirements.

At New Student Orientation (Jet Days) in August, you and all other new, first-time students will get to know each other by moving into the residence halls, attending your first class, meeting your First Year Experience leader, enjoying social activities, signing up for a parking pass, and in general, getting more acquainted with Newman’s campus in the days before classes begin!
